Harrington Group, Inc. was selected as a prime contractor under the
Navy's SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Program on June
2nd, 2006.The SeaPort-e Program makes electronic procurement
of engineering, technical, and programmatic
support a reality. The Navy’s Virtual Systems Command (VS) consisting
of:
- Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA)
- Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR)
- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR)
- Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP)

- Strategic Systems Programs (SSP)
- Military Sealift Command (MSC)
- Naval Facilities Command (NAVFAC)
- United States Marine Corps (USMC)

has leveraged the successes and efficiencies
of the NAVSEA “SeaPort” business model to design “SeaPort-e” to
be the vehicle of choice to obtain engineering, technical,
and program management services
from Harrington Group and our subcontractors. All members
of the VS, as well
as their subordinate commands,
with contracting warrants may exercise this vehicle.
