We have selected each team member based upon their experience and demonstrated commitment to quality performance. Our Harrington Group program manager will perform initial training to team members on our expectations as we employ HQMS to manage our team activities. The program manager will perform periodic audits of team member performance against the standards imposed by HQMS. Between formal audits, each team member will perform internal reviews where possible and facilitate interaction with Government counterparts in all cases.
